Access to the Archives

Due to the irreplaceable nature of materials in the archives, access is generally limited to in-house use. However, in order to uphold our mission to provide access to researchers, we provide paper or digital copies of documents for a fee. For photocopying, the charge is $1.00 per page. For digital images that can be emailed directly to you as a pdf, the charge is $1.00 per image. Additional charges may apply if extra manipulation is required.

We do not charge research fees, but due to limited resources, queries that require an exceptional amount of time may be denied. In such situations, researchers may come in person to the Archives to conduct research or they may hire a researcher to fulfill their query (referrals available through the archivist).

All materials transferred to the Archives will be open to researchers on a non-discriminatory basis, except for confidential records such as academic transcripts. In accordance with The Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act of 1974, only the subject of the transcript or the legal executor of the estate may gain access to a student's academic record.
